Driveway parking space for two cars.

1st floor Living Room Dining Room, Eat-In Kitchen with Breakfast Area & peninsula, Bedroom with Queen bed, bathroom with shower stall. 2nd floor- Full Bath with cast iron tub/shower, Bedroom with Full Bed, Bedroom with (2) Twin beds, Loft Area with Apple TV & Cozy Sofa, Private Master Suite with King Bed, Marble Bath with frame-less Walk In Shower and Marble-topped double sink vanity.

This was the most amazing home and we loved every minute being there.So close in town/ such wonderful amenities. The pool was fabulous and the stay was just perfect.

We had a wonderful stay at Tina’s home. This was our 12th visit to the island, and it’s easily our favorite house and location so far. A classic in-town home with thoughtful, modern updates - super clean, comfortable, and full of charm. We loved being able to walk down Main Street multiple times a day. The neighbors were friendly and welcoming, and Tina was incredibly responsive and accommodating before and during our stay. We hope to return!

Charming old home in the Edgartown style of old home, which is to say, fabulous! There is a seamless and stylish addition and beautiful pool. The location cannot be beat on a quiet street very close to downtown. Our 6 adults loved it. Great spaces to be together or off on our own if we chose. We would definitely stay here again.

My wife spent a week at this fabulous house in Edgartown. It was everything and more than the description and the photos showed. A quick and easy walk down to the water, restaurants and shops it was perfect. Tina, one of the owners bent over backwards to get everything set up for our last minute stay and was on top of all responding quickly and completely. The only regret was having to leave. thanks for sharing your great place ! Theo
