About this house rental
This cozy Mediterranean south facing house is located in the quiet coastal town of Cala Pi, just minutes from the beautiful sandy beach of Cala Pi.
It has several terraces, including a roof terrace with sea views and the opportunity to sunbathe undisturbed. In the garden, the lovely holiday house offers a small pool with pool terrace and barbecue. The house has been carefully restored by its owners and is equipped with air conditioning and central heating.
On the ground floor the house offers a living-dining area with large dining table and direct access to the pool terrace, a modern open kitchen and a bedroom with bathroom en suite and also access to the terrace.
Upstairs there are two more bedrooms, each with double bed, and a shower room. From one of the bedrooms, guests have direct access to a small terrace or to the rooftop terrace. From the other bedroom an external staircase leads to the Mediterranean garden.
From the location of the holiday home the environment can be well explored on foot or by bike. Along the coast, and always with views of the sea, you can go to the famous natural beach Es Trenc.
Various restaurants and two small supermarkets are located just 1.5 km away. So everything is within walking distance and after an extensive visit to the restaurant you can return to the house without using a car. Nevertheless, we recommend a rental car.

We had an amazing time at this place, due to the heat we made the most of the pool, and the AC in every bedroom saved us. Overall the house has everything you might need. The host was very friendly and made the complete guest experience super smooth.

Es ist ein sehr schönes, sauberes Ferienhaus mit schönem Pool. Die Lage ist beneidenswert. Parkplatz war nie ein Problem.
Die Versorgung war sehr gut (Campos Einkaufzentren). Alle Emphelungen von Oliver waren präzise und perfekt.
Oliver war immer sehr reaktiv obwohl wir eigentlich keine Probleme hatten.
Wie werden sehr gerne zurückkommen!

Nettes Haus. Cala Pi aber sehr abgelegen. Mietwagen ein Muss. Sehr viel Bauaktivität in der Umgebung. Leider auch am Haus schräg gegenüber. Das hat etwas genervt, da der Baukran leider immer in der Sicht lag.
Betreuung vor Ort durch Oliver Dietrich sehr nett!
