This large villa with 5 rooms entirely renovated in 2023 consists of 4 bedrooms with air conditioning, 3 bathrooms with separate bath and with a pond and a large living room open onto the garden and the outside dining area.
It is on one level around a mediteranean style patio. The lush garden surrounding it hides you from all vis-à-vis while offering a beautiful sea view. Children will discover its secrets.
A shaded dining area with a gas grill is laid out and extends a welcoming terrace.
The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine the linen and crockery, gas stove, microwave, double fridge ...
The villa is located 300m from the nearest beach and allows to enjoy the many particularly quiet beaches accessible from inside the Cala rossa domain.
Tennis courts are present at the entrance to the estate and rental sailboats and surfboards on the beach of Cala Rossa and Saint Cyprien.

For July and August months and for organizational reasons , we kindly ask you to reserve the villa from Sunday to Sunday.

Very comfortable villa in a quiet location only 3 mins walk to the beach

We had a wonderful stay in this ideally situated house in Cala Rossa. The house is comfortable, spacious and well appointed. We did a lot of cooking and found everything we needed. The garden is well kept, as is the entire village of Cala Rossa, where the garden service toils daily to keep private gardens, public spaces and beaches in great shape.
Loved the local private beach, five minutes away on foot, the golden sand raked daily, the water sparklingly clean. Conveniently situated for shops and some of the best beaches in Corsica. Who could ask for more? We'll be back.
