A group of friends annual football trip found this excellent property. It is situated in an ideal location with numerous places to eat and drink. Transport from the airport in a taxi cost 30€ and took about 10 to 15 minutes. Taxi/Uber drivers think they are piloting rockets, the speed at times was edge of the seat hold on tight nervy. The outside space at the property is functional for a quick drink or smoke.

Outdoor space not like pictures. A dead plant, smokers in shared space, noisy. Ok to sit out there early (5:30am). Clean apartment. Lots of single comfortable beds. Easy check in and Oliver always responded promptly. Very, very dark apartment. Close to many spots for eating or beverages or groceries.. Bus 2-3 blocks away, U about a 16 minute walk away. Best was that the Alster path a few blocks away. A great walk around the Alster for 5 miles from the apartment.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, es war alles da, was man braucht. Auch die Möglichkeit, im Sommer draußen zu sitzen, ist ein Vorteil. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Guter und freundlicher Kontakt zum Vermieter. Winterhude als Ausgangspunkt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ebenfalls in der Nähe .

Die Wohnung ist groß und sauber, in einer netten Gegend. Recht dunkel, da Erdgeschoss. Alle Betten knarren fürchterlich bei der kleinsten Bewegung. Die Terrasse sieht nur auf dem Foto gut aus, sie liegt im Hinterhof, neben den Mülleimern und den Parkplätzen. Ein vertrocknet Blumenkasten macht es nicht besser. Zu teuer für das was es ist.

Die Wohnung eignet sich sehr gut für mehrtägigen Städteurlaub. Wir waren nur zur viert, es wären auch 6 bis max. 9 Personen möglich - allerdings ist dafür das eine Bad limitierend. Die Schlaf- und Sofamöbel sind als einziges sehr basic, die Matratzen tatsächlich ziemlich hart und die Betten knarren. Aber für einige Tage durchaus auszuhalten - wenn man nicht ständig in der doch etwas dunklen Wohnung sein muss. Die Räume lassen sich gut richtig verdunkeln, das Haus ist hellhörig, aber es war in der Woche wenig los. Der Aussenvorbau (Terrasse) ist eine alte Beton-Laderampe, direkt davor sind in einem eher hoch ummauerten Innenhof Parkplätze, Mülltonnen, ein Lieferservice kommt häufiger knatternd in den Hof. Aber wir waren ja unterwegs. Ansonsten tadellose Bettwäsche und Handtücher, schönes Duschbad inkl. Fön. Die Küche verfügt über alle üblichen Utensilien - ein Sieb wäre noch sinnvoll (Nudeln!). Die Strasse ist sehr lebhaft, viele kleine Restaurants und Bars, zwei Bioläden (allerdings kein normaler Supermarkt...), einiges an schönen Läden und gleich mehrere Eisdielen. Die Anbindung ist wirklich gut, in beide Richtungen fußläufig Buslinien mitten in die Stadt (Linien 6, 172, 173) und die U-Bahnstation Burgweg mit Linie 6 schnell zu erreichen. Das war super praktisch und hat die Wohnung zu einem fast perfekten Ausgangspunkt gemacht. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit die Wohnung, es war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Sehr nah ans Zentrum! Allerdings haben ein paar Sachen nicht funktioniert, Lampen Schlafzimmer leuchtet nicht, Lampe in Kühlschrank war kaputt, einige Steckdosen funktionierten nicht, und die Türklingel hat manchmal funktioniert und manchmal nicht.

Die Wohnung ist im hinteren Teil eines Geschäftshauses im EG und für die zentrale Lage sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Küche ist zweckmäßig bestückt und für den Durchschnittsnutzer ausreichend - Hobbyköche sollten nicht zu viel erwarten. Wir waren zu viert für 10 Tage dort, es war für uns eine angenehme Unterkunft. Zu acht wäre es uns vermutlich deutlich zu eng - aber die Schlafplätze sind prinzipiell da. Was uns weniger gut gefallen hat: a) die Veranda/Terrasse ist absolut enttäuschend. Die Bilder suggerieren eine sonnige, gut nutzbare Veranda. Tatsächlich wirkt diese ohne Geländer zum Innenhof neben den Müll-Containern eher ungemütlich. Es gibt keine Sitzauflagen. Sauber war sie auch nicht. b) die beiden (Schlaf-)Couchmöbel im Wohnzimmer knarzen bei jeder Bewegung eines darauf Sitzenden. c) die Bad-Entlüftung hat den Geräuschpegel eines Flugzeugs (muss vermutlich mal gereinigt werden). Insgesamt ist Wohnung dennoch empfehlenswert - wir würden sie trotz der vorgenannten Mängel mit etwas weniger Erwartung an die Terrasse wieder mieten.

Die Wohnung liegt in einem Wohn- und Geschäftshaus in einer Wohngegend mit vielen jungen Familien/ Paaren. Es gibt besondere Restaurants , Bäckereien , kleine und grössere Geschäfte und auch Markant, Biomärkte und Aldi im Viertel. Alles ohne Probleme zu Fuss zu erreichen. Parken kann man dort allerdings nicht dauerhaft. Also bei Anreise mit dem Auto unbedingt den Stellplatz im Keller mitbuchen. Wir haben das Auto während unseres Aufenthalts in Hamburg nicht gebraucht. Durch die gute Lage ist alles mit dem HVV erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist zweckmässig, modern Eingerichtet (Ikea).Wir haben alles in gutem Zustand wie auf den Fotos vorgefunden. Geschirr und Besteck sind ausreichend vorhanden. Enttäuscht hat uns die Terrasse, die auf den Fotos doch sehr "optmiert" dargestellt wurde. Die Terrasse ist Teil eines für alle Hausnutzer (Bewohner und Firmenmitarbeiter) zugänglichen Innenhofs und war vor der Renovierung wohl mal eine Laderampe. Der zweite Kritikpunkt sind die Betten. Es gibt kein Federholz-Lattenrost sondern nur ein Bretter-Rollrost mit einer eher festen Matratze. Das war schon sehr hart. Außerdem knarren die Betten bei jeder Bewegung. Alles in Allem waren wir mit der Wohnung gut zufrieden und hatten einen schönen Hamburg-Aufenthalt.

The apartment was super clean, it looks brand new and the area is surrounded with great restaurants, bio market and excelent connection to public transport. The problem was that within our 10 day stay we had twice the unexpected entrance of a man into the apartment to pick up some stuff without any announcement. No door bell , no phone call or even a knock at the door. The guy just opens the doors, sees we were inside but enters the apartment like we were the invaders... I called the renter who apologized and said this guy would only be back on the next friday. Two days later (not on friday) the same thing happened again. Too bad.

Wohnung ist sauber mit allem Komfort augestattet, liegt in einer guten Gegend mit netten Restaurants und guten offentlichen Verkehr Verbindung. Weiterhin hat die Wohnung genuegend Glaeser, Becher, usw. und separaten Betten, was schoen ist wenn man mit einer Gruppe ist. Ich kann dieses Haus total empfehlen!!!

Der erste Eindruck überall Spiegel, Sauber, super gepflegt und schön gestaltet Der zweite Blick die Betten quietschen, an manchen Stellen war es nicht zu 100% sauber, wir hatten Krümel im Bett. Die Lage ist super du hast alles vor der Tür. Zwei Bio Supermärkte, verschiedene Restaurants und Cafés. Von der Reeperbahn zum Apartment war es mit dem Taxi auch nur ein Katzensprung. Zum Bus waren es auch nur ca. 5min gehen. Der Bäcker auch fast um die Ecke. Unsere Kontaktperson war sehr höflich und stand auch am Telefon allen Fragen zur Verfügung. Auch Buchungsänderungen wurden innerhalb 24Std bearbeitet. Wir würden es weiter empfehlen auch für größer Frauengruppen, ein Bad ist nicht schlimm es sind überall Spiegel vorhanden. Die kleinen Sauberkeitsmängel sind vernachlässigbar. Wir waren eine Frauengruppe mit 6 Personen.
