Beautiful property right off Plaza España. Very convenient. The view was amazing from my room on the 23rd floor. And they had a beautiful rooftop
bistro to enjoy the vista from.
The rooms didn’t have wood, tile, or carpet. They were a plastic made to look like a rug. Very rough on the feet.

My friends and i feel comportable with the place. Very nice
I am miscomportable with the room temperature and the blanket. I ask from the main desk for another type of blanket and to fiks the temperature after our first night stay but i dont nothing happen. The thermostat heating is not on at out room. Its cold and specialy in the bathroom because the floor is cold too. The cleaner did not remive our used champaigen glass and the wine cooler after firstnight. I dont know if thats the right way they used to.

It is central and next to the Metro Station. Very convenient.
The breakfast buffet and their efficient system. Personal was always present and attentive and the buffet was delicious.
The lobby was small and always crowded. I personally considered that the hotel is over rated due to the famous rooftop bar.
