Sand Dollar Paradise

We really enjoyed our trip, this was our 5th year staying at the Tennis Resort. Apart from a few small cleanliness issues that the owner was quick to resolve and a lack of kitchen utensils (silverware) it was a great vacation.

Great location!

Loved staying at this condo for many reasons, the most kid friendly condo, which is very helpful for my family. There was plenty of space and room and to not worry about things being upset or broken. Jeremy was quick to respond to any needs/questions I had, and made check in super easy. Not to mention the amazing view from the balcony. Overall, would stay in his condo again if the availability is open next year :) Especially because my parents are in the same building my older kiddos were so happy to go right down stairs to visit.

Overall, the Villa was nice, the 1st day the villa was quiet, and the owner / host provided everything needed to get off to a good start. Also, the necessity items- bedding, eating utensils and fire extinguishers were available. The communication was good when problems would arise. It is an older property, so things that go along with that are understood like mold and dust. There was an excess of Black Mold on the vents, especially in the Living room. Also, Mold was growing on the ceiling. However, my peace was disturbed by the daily, very loud fire alarm. The fire alarm went off 5 times during my stay. 2 times in the evening and 3 times early in the morning. Although, there was a hint of smoke, the firemen continued to come out and report it was a faulty alarm system. Because of the recent scare of an old Condo collapsing in FL, I checked out earlier than plan. Although, the villa / condos are old, safety items (alarm systems, mold, mildew) have to be checked and a thorough deep cleaning (Spring & Fall) must be done in addition to cleaning the floors, the couch, the couch pillows and vacuuming carpet, especially on the outer deck or the $120.00 cleaning charge should be refunded.
