- The twin bunk bed is not suitable for adults. To comfortably sleep six, at least two guests have to be children
- A mandatory resort fee of $35 is included in the cleaning fee, which will cover the parking pass for the first vehicle. Any additional vehicles will be $35 per vehicle
- A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, and soap is provided. Guests are responsible for providing their own after the starter supply has run out
- One set of bath towels is provided for guests. Please bring your own towels if you think you will require more
- This single-story property features step-free access via an elevator. Outside, there are a few steps are the beginning of the boardwalk to the beach

This is an adorably decorated condo. Its comfortable, feels secure and safe. There's even a security officer that walks the grounds. The laundry facility is at the end of hall outside the front door. The walk to the beach is very close, and walking the beach at night can be really fun finding different crabs. (the small white ghost crabs are cute and they don't bite.)
I highly recommend staying here. The communication was wonderful and super friendly.
The customer complaints I read about toilet paper or other necessesities are up to you. Be mindful that when you stay at a VRBO, its not the tenants responsibility to give endless amounts of products. Its not a “hotel”. Its a families home that are willing to share with the rest of us.

My husband and I spent a week at this condo for our honeymoon getaway and we were SO pleased with everything about our stay. The condo is beautiful and has a clean feel to it with the choice of decorations and style. We loved having an ocean view balcony and the resort has so many things to do within walking distance! We rented bikes and used the pool as well as the on resort restaurants which were great. We are considering coming back for our 1st anniversary this year and making it a tradition.
