About this villa rental
Our "piece of heaven" -Ocean View Villa-just steps from the beach is waiting for you! We have tried to think of everything to make your stay a memorable one, whether you are a single traveler or a family with small children. Enjoy the beach, miles of biking trails, golf, great restaurants, a variety of water activities, shopping--- or choose to stay in and unwind with a large screen Smart TV, games, movies, books and view of the beach.
Our villa is on the second floor of the C-building and includes: beach chairs, umbrella & wagon (PLEASE rinse chairs, beach wagon and toys at showers located by the pool to reduce sand brought into the Villa) , books, DVDs, board games, USB outlet, wine chiller, 55" Smart TV in living room, cable TV, WiFi internet, HDMI cable (ready for your gaming system) 40" TV in bedroom, Keurig coffee maker, kitchen with under counter dimmable lighting, ceiling fans in bedroom and living room, double ceiling fan on patio and bar stools on the patio to enjoy beach view.
In addition, we provide all linens (sheets, towels, dish towels) a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher and laundry pods, shampoo, conditioner, garbage bags etc.
On premises outdoor activities include: beach access to ocean, 2 pools and kiddie pool, 6 tennis courts, 12 pickle ball courts, children's playground, bike rentals, walking and biking trails, fitness facility, grilling and picnic areas, pizza parlor, sports bar and seasonal beach restaurant , Jamaica Monz Snow-Cone/Ice Cream shack, beach volleyball and 24 hour security.
During the Summer there are movies by the pool and crafts for kids, along with many other family fun activities organized by the complex.
In addition to our wonderful on-site restaurants Jamaica Joe'z and Coconutz Sports Bar ---check out the local Hilton Head Brewery and Hilton Head Distillery as well as the Island Winery.
During the summer months we rent weekly only. Check in 4 pm & check out 10am Saturday.
Please let us know if you or your family are in need of any special accommodations. This unit is NOT recommended as spacious enough for 6 adults, even close adults. Perfect for a couple, 2 couples or a couple with "littles".

We had a girls trip to be with my daughter. We had 2 adults, a teen, and 2 kids. The size worked great for us. The unit is very close to the pool and beach. I will say if it’s dark when you arrive it could be confusing to find the room. The games were perfect for a rainy day. Laundry can be a bit confusing but neighbors were very kind and helpful. There were lots of extra kitchen gadgets. They had really thought of everything.

We had a wonderful trip back to Hilton Head. The condo was clean, and had everything we needed for a day at the beach or a rainy night indoors. I will definitely be looking to book this condo again. Everything was perfect.

The condo was nice. Very clean. Big enough for a couple. Not sure how any more could comfortably fit. We enjoyed our stay,
