The location and the property were excellent. The pizza at Gators was also very good.
The staff at the front desk were not very friendly or helpful. We pretty much had figure out how to get into our room and get around the property on our own. They would answer a direct question but offer nothing more. Never saw one of them smile.

The location was nice. About a 7 minute walk to the pool and beach. Very easy to navigate the area. The room was clean and the neighbors, both permanent and visiting, were all pleasant.
The restaurants on location left a lot to be desired. I recommend getting food from elsewhere on the island.

I loved the keyless entry and how close we were to the beach and pool! The apartment was awesome! They had a lot of extras to be able to cook.
The queen bed was not very comfortable and we could have used more trash bags to help keep the apartment picked up.

Not sure how much it was cleaned prior to our arrival. There was long black hair all over the place. Sheets were too small and kept coming off one of the beds. Carpet wasn't vacuumed. No trash can in one bathroom. Bagel toaster didnt work. For the amount you have to pay for cleaning, it was extremely disappointing.
