The (non-smoking) apartment on the ground floor is in close proximity to the attractive Rüttenscheider Str. With its variety of shops and restaurants.
The Folkwang Museum is directly opposite; Aalto Theater, Messe Essen, Gruga-Park, university clinic and the judicial district are within walking distance.
You can reach Essen City by tram or in 15 minutes on foot.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and access to the balcony, the daylight shower room is new. The bedroom has a double bed (180x200)
equipped, the sofa in the living room can be folded out. The facility includes a radio / DVD player and a flat screen TV, WiFi is available.
There are free parking spaces in front of the house and nearby, and there are several underground stops within a 5-minute walk.
The prices are for 1-2 people, for a 3rd there is a surcharge of
€ 10.00 / night.

We had a great time in this cozy appartment that was furnished with great care and love for detaiöl. I.e. the nice Reading corner red armchair included.

Gertrud was super responsive, and very accessible should we need her. The place was very clean and within walking distance to everything. We used the uber scooters everywhere, which got us from the door to the convention centre in 6.5 minutes. We will stay here again for sure!

Die Wohnung ist hervorragend für einen Kurzurlaub in Essen geeignet. Es waren alle notwendigen Ausstattungen vorhanden, besonders reichhaltig war die Küche ausgestattet.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral (Folkwang-Museum und nahe der Rüttenscheider Straße), ist aber sehr ruhig. Gerne wieder.

Reichhaltig ausgestattet, vor allem im Küchenbereich - sehr angenehm, da wir mehrfach gekocht haben.
WLan und Fernsehgerät funktionierten super.
Angenehme Größe der Wohnung, Schlafzimmer zum Garten = angenehm ruhig.
Für den Museumsbesuch (gegenüber) perfekt.
Aber auch in der Umgebung ist alles da, was man so brauchen könnte (Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Sehr freundliche Vermieter!
Da es auch zwei Dekra-Niederlassungen in der Nähe gibt war es möglich die "grüne Plakette" noch zu besorgen, bevor wir ein "Knöllchen" bekamen.
