Wifi does not work on room and there is no signal

The location was great, a lovely park nearby and many restaurants nearby. Beds were comfy and room was clean, and new towels and bedsheets were given each day.
Staff only spoke italian so it was little hard to understand but we got by.

The room was nice and cool and comfy
The location and safety. There were homeless sleeping across the doorway and on two nights there was a man screaming and punching the walls and everynight there were people outside that made us feel uncomfortable.
