Boli Townhouse is an extraordinary rental property that you will enjoy with only a short walk to downtown and the beach.

Boli Townhouse is located in the Truman Annex, a gated community in downtown old Key West. The Boli Townhouse is a two bedroom (a king bed in each bedroom), two full bath unit with the master suite on the second floor.

There is a breakfast room, complete galley kitchen, guest bedroom, bath with tub / shower and large L shaped living room on the ground floor. The master suite on the second floor has a sitting area, flat screen TV and a complete bath with walk in shower. The furnishings are DELUXE; this is not your ordinary rental condo (free secure WiFi, three flat screen TV's, CD player, radio, IPod hook up, DVD players with movie library & washer/dryer). Oriental carpets and a great variety of artwork add to the relaxing atmosphere. The outdoor deck has a dining table for six, hammock and a lounge chair for sunning. Boli's pool, is a one minute walk from the front porch, only a splash away!

I’ve stayed in many places in the Truman Annex, and recently had the opportunity to stay at the Boli House. I found the accommodations to be excellent. The location was near all attractions yet very quiet. The owner was easy to communicate with, and very accommodating. Overall, this was a great experience and I hope to stay here again.

Beautiful property! Very clean. Has everything you need. It is walking distance to everything you want to see in Key West. Location is in a safe, quiet area. Host is very thorough in directions and recommendations! I would definitely stay here again.

This is the 6th different condo that we have stayed in at Truman Annex. It quickly became our favorite. It was really nice to have 2 bedrooms and two baths, and we loved the outdoor space in the front and back as well. Beds and furnishings were comfortable and there wasn't really anything we needed that wasn't already there. John was very easy to reach and always responsive. Will definitely return.

Can’t beat this location…or comforts once here. Inside, Nice open space with everything you’ll need. Photos and online Description are spot-on. One of the biggest back porches in the area, dedicated parking space just a few steps out the gate. Two blocks to Duval St, walking distance to east or west ends and all restaurants and shops.

This has been our 5th time to Key West in 3+ years and 3rd stay at Shipyard and BY FAR this has been the nicest unit we've been in at the Shipyard. We loved the location and close proximity to many of the areas attractions. Communication withe the owner before and during the trip was very thorough and timely. The condo was clean and well-stocked. The patio area was great. We enjoyed our stay tremendously.

This property is located in the Truman Annex, which is less than a mile from almost all the major attractions (Hemingway house, lighthouse, Duval Street, Sloppy Joes, Mallory Square, Front Street, Little White House, Ft. Zachary State Park, etc. The unit is clean, spacious and well-maintained and the complex includes a nice swimming pool. Property owner texted a few times to make sure we had everything we needed. This unit is a great choice for any type of family or group.

The Boli Townhouse is in the Truman Annex which is a great location for all things Key West. It was super easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Nice front and back porch to sit and relax. The Annex has a nice pool where you can sit and get some sun. We enjoyed our stay at the Boli house - thank you!

John’s property was easy to find with his detailed instructions. The property is in an ideal location with easy walking distance to all the Key West hot spots. The property itself is very nice with big beds and a nice layout. I thought the bedrooms were even nicer than the pictures and were very comfortable with large king size beds. The living room is spacious as is the back deck. The whole Truman Annex is quiet, safe, idyllic; a nice retreat in lively Key West!

The location of the townhouse is perfect. There is a pool very close to the unit, and it is within walking distance of most of the popular places to visit and the good restaurants in Key West. John is the consummate host. He answered any questions we had quickly, and was so friendly. One of the people in our group forgot her contacts at home, and we had them shipped to his house! The benefit of that was that we got to meet him in person. He is a great guy! The townhouse is in excellent condition. We lived on the deck and front porch most of the time when we were at the townhouse. It's a wonderful place to land for a week!

We have traveled for years, but always staying in hotels. Our 2 previous home rental stays have not been so pleasant, but this was PERFECT for us. It was like we had a home away from home, everything provided for us to enjoy our week there. The owner couldn't have been more helpful when asked, but he had everything so pre-organized that the need for any communication was minimal, but always very pleasant and helpful. The house itself had so many items that I had packed, and then realized I wouldn't have needed. If you have a question like that, just ask him! You can tell he has wonderful guests who truly adhere to an honor system. Check the place out fully before you go shopping! Also, friends who were at other homes within the neighborhood were surprised at how well our host had provided for us...we had the best porch, deck and location of us all, in addition to the comforts inside the house. Our bicycles were delivered to the bike rack right around the corner, and the pool was a short walk, but not right in our view. The other direction took us straight towards our parking lot, and then the beach park beyond. Thank you VERY much for a great home for us in Key West!

Loved the location. Was an easy bike ride to everything we wanted to do. Access to the state park was great! The house was stocked with the basics which saved us time and money while checking in. Comfortable house, nice pool area, beautiful landscaping in Truman Annex. We will be return renters for sure!
