Localisation très centrale.
Problème de serrure (ou plutôt de porte qui s'affaisse). Porte extrêmement compliquée à ouvrir ou fermer. Nous y avoons passé facilement 10 mn à chaque ouverture/fermeture de porte. Il conviendrait de remplacer la porte ou de déplacer la serrure.
Les précédents locataires nous ont laissé une poubelle très sale et débordante ainsi que de nombreuses bouteilles vides à jeter. Nous avons été dédommagés du ménage suite à ce problème. Merci.

It was located in a nice area not far from the centre.
The flat was too small, it was cold and we had problems with the electricity ( if you were using the cooker you couldn't use the electric heating. The table too small. It was not worth the money we paid for it.
