'Baltic Sea residence 1'. Our gorgeous apartment is located directly on the fine sandy beach of Großenbrode in the newly built residence Baltic Sea. The unique architecture, the location, the well thought-out layout of the apartment and the high quality and stylish furnishings make the holiday a special experience.

Electricity / water / heating are included.
A tourist tax is payable, these pay locally at our office.
Laundry package and firewood can be ordered upon request.
100, - Euro deposit are due in advance.
A pet is available for a surcharge. For booking additional pets, please contact your agency.
The apartment is spacious and comfortable, with southwest. The two bedrooms are each equipped with a TV. The large spa with sauna and jacuzzi you can relax, a guest bathroom is naturally present.
The large living room with fireplace, dining area and open kitchen is bright and has a view to the Baltic Sea. From the terrace you enter the house and garden have here direct access to the beach (15 steps). In the kitchen you find the dishwasher on a Nespresso machine to pureeing everything you need for common cooking actions.
The apartment is on the ground floor. The terrace is facing south-west.
The apartment is almost barrier-free.
Our guests have free wireless internet access.
In addition to a beach chair on the terrace, guests are offered a beach chair at the sea free from 01. 05. - 30. 09. available.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung und die Umgebung sind super schön. Wir haben schon wieder für nächstes Jahr gebucht 😊

Oh Schreck, der Meerblick ist weg! Leider hat die neue Promenade durch die Erhöhung den Meerblick sehr eingeschränkt.
Die neue Hotel Anlage (noch Baustelle) ist auch einfach too much. Der Baulärm war auch nicht entspannend.
Die Wohnung und ihre Ausstattung allerdings top. Die Betten, wie schon manch Vorgänger beschrieben, sehr weich.
Es wäre wünschenswert, wenn noch Fliegengitter vorhanden. Ameisen und Fliegen nicht angenehm.
Großenbrode hat noch den Charme der
70iger, somit sind noch mehr Baustellen zu erwarten.
