A particular highlight is the sunny, covered balcony facing southwest; where you can enjoy the refreshing seaside climate. Thanks to an opening running along the northwest side—similar to a French balcony—the apartment is particularly flooded with light.

This exclusive apartment is situated on the first floor of the Meerblickvilla apartment complex, facing southwest. The Baltic Sea is right on your doorstep—just 25 meters away is the beautiful, fine-sand Südstrand with its beach promenade, the pier, and the 230-meter-long jetty. Enjoy a breathtaking view of the Baltic Sea and the vibrant beach life. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find the spa gardens, playgrounds, shopping, restaurants, and cafés, as well as recreational activities, attractions, and places to visit. Hiking, biking, boating, a visit to the marina, the Ostsee-Therme spa, and the diverse events—such as the popular Promenade Festival—are especially popular, as are trips to Hansapark and the island of Fehmarn.

This light-filled, family-friendly, non-smoking apartment features underfloor heating, floor-to-ceiling windows with sun-protective glazing, free Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, stove with a glass-ceramic cooktop, and oven.
The modern and cozy living-dining area features a double sofa bed (1.60 x 1.95 m) and a large flat-screen TV (55 inches). The separate bedroom, facing northwest, offers a high level of sleeping comfort with two modern box-spring beds (0.90 x 2.00 m) and is equipped with another flat-screen TV (40 inches). The hallway features a wardrobe and a bench that doubles as a seat and luggage rack. The stylish bathroom has a walk-in rain shower, toilet, sink with a hair dryer, towel warmer, and heated floors, and is directly connected to the adjacent bedroom.
You can spend relaxing, sunny hours enjoying a side view of the Baltic Sea on the covered, south-west-facing balcony, which is furnished with garden furniture. The balcony is accessible from the living area. A crib can be set up in the living area for a fee, and you can request a high chair upon request. Pets are welcome.

The small but exquisite sauna area includes a Finnish sauna, a bio-sauna, and a relaxation area. The sauna area is available to you free of charge. From February 9– 20.03.2026, the sauna area will be closed due to maintenance work.
