The entrance leads over 3 steps and a 8 sqm terrace directly in the vestibule with wardrobe. The rooms are divided as follows: Common room with lounge and TV. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Kitchen with gas stove (4 burners), oven, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine and toaster. Bathroom with bathtub with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and washing machine.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Balatonfenyves. The holiday home is located on an 800 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

Alles sauber. Alles was man als Familie braucht,war vorhanden. Lage nah am Supermarkt und ein paar Meter zu Fuß bis zum Strand. Eine kleine Terasse zum draußen sitzen.

Warunki mieszkaniowe bardzo dobre, czysto. Dom wyposażony we wszystkie niezbędne naczynia,sprzęty. TV bez polskich programów, jest pralka-należy mieć swój proszek i papier toaletowy. Płyn do mycia naczyń jest. Zameldowanie i wymeldowanie przebiegło bez problemu i bardzo sprawnie.

Die Wohnbedingungen sehr gut, sauber. Das Haus, ausgestattet mit allen notwendigen Utensilien, Geräte. TV mit polnischen Programme, die Waschmaschine-sollten Sie Ihr Pulver und Toilettenpapier haben. Abwasch-Flüssigkeit ist. Der Check-in und Check-out verlief ohne Probleme und sehr effizient.
