Ground floor: Living room with lounge, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 8 persons. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Kitchen with gas stove (3 burners), oven, refrigerator (180 l, freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Bathroom with bathtub with shower, 1 washbasin and window. Separate toilet with WC.
Top floor: 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite. Sender in German.

Balatonfenyves. The holiday home is located on a 600 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers and trees, bounded by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking (for 3 cars) on the property.
