The semi-detached holiday home, built in 2000 and renovated in 2021, is modernly furnished. The property is located in a holiday home settlement. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: children's playground, swing, sandbox, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, campfire area, and courtyard.

An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating (gas). The entrance leads over 2 steps directly in the hallway. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room with lounge and TV. You have access to the 25 sqm, covered terrace with garden furniture, 1 table and 5 chairs. Dining room with dinette. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. Kitchen with electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (120 l, freezer), microwave and electric water boiler. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.
1st floor: Bathroom with bathtub, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet and washing machine.
Upper floor: Bedroom with 1 single bed.
Top floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 2 single beds.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, high chair for children, electric iron and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite. Broadcasters only in foreign languages, on request we can provide Hungarian broadcasts
