In the 2-family house "Casa Mariarosa" we offer you a generous and tastefully furnished 4-room-apartment with separate living room. The apartment has free wireless internet access, a fireplace and a dishwasher and washing machine. In total the apartment has a living space of 95 m² as well as a spacious outdoor area consisting of a private garden and 2 balconies. The location is sunny, quiet and yet central. The shops for daily needs as well as restaurants, cafes, bars, etc. are all within easy walking distance. The nearest bathing beach and a tennis court are approx. 100 m from the house. Nearby there is a large park with children's playground and a berth for regular sailing on Lake Maggiore, which transports you almost everywhere. On the lakeside promenade you can walk to Luino on foot. Otherwise there is a good train, bus and boat connection from Maccagno. Parking is available within the enclosed property.
