About this apartment rental
The apt is back, with trees on the ground, airy, is on the 2nd floor with a flight of stairs only. The building is old 4 floors without elevator and recently renovated indoor and outdoor. The fit has king size bed, sofa bed, bathroom with automatic gas heater. The kitchen is separated from the main environments and equipped with fridge, stove, microwave, blender, coffee maker, cooking utensils, etc.
The minimum rental 5 daily and maximum 30 daily. From 30 nights there will be additional charges such as: condominium, Iptu, (gas and light according to consumption).
At the closing of the rent the Check In / Check Out times are indispensable, and there may be flexibility, provided that agreed in advance.
The full address of the property will be passed at the time of booking.
Smoking is forbidden inside the apartment and leaving discarded waste (trash)
Please check availability chart before requesting reservation.
Request for New Year's arrival must be no later than 30 Dec of the Year in question and with packages of Minimum 5 and maximum of 15 nights.
For Carnival package minimum 5 and maximum 15 nights and arriving until Friday before the holiday.
The (promotional) rates of these and other events are differentiated and affordable.

PERFEITO, fomos recebidos pela Anita, impossível não se encantar com TUDO. Ficamos poucos dias, porém tudo que estava descrito no imóvel estava impecável. Melhor foi a recepção da Anita e dos saguis. Quarto silencioso, arejado, extremamente perto de tudo, de fácil acesso. Espero poder retornar o mais breve possível. Obrigada.

Eu, esposa e filho passamos uma semana muito bacana neste apartamento.
A Anita foi muito prestativa e correta em tudo, é sempre um prazer conhecer pessoas bacanas e honestas.
Lugar muito próximo a praia, saímos pra jantar e almoçar, a pé e sem nenhum problema, rua muito movimentada e com boas opções.
Apartamento silencioso, pois fica virado para os fundos do prédio.
Cama bem grande, nem utilizamos o sofá cama, dormimos os 3 juntos, meu filho tem somente 3 anos.
Internet funciona muito bem. TV a cabo com HD e vários canais.
Adoramos e pretendemos voltar em breve.

Sugestões: Blackout nas cortinas e disponibilizar panos para limpeza de chão.

Olá. A Anita nos atendeu super bem desde os primeiros contatos; o apartamento está de acordo com a descrição e fotos, lugar agradável, roupas de cama e banhos macias. A localização é excelente, praia do arpoador e alguns metros do Posto 6 em Copacabana (Forte de Copa). Adoramos a estadia! Voltarei em breve.
