Da localização. Muito perto de tudo. Isso facilitou para os passeios e o acesso à praia. Há elevadores e também tem porteiro 24h.
Éramos em três amigas. Às vezes pode ser um pouco apertado. A cozinha era minúscula e poucas panelas. Como cozinhamos algumas vezes, tivemos que nos virar com o pouco que tinha.

Good location and good price
No natural light in the living room, there was a missing towel we asked for one and never received it. The kitchen ustensiles were really dirty and full of food stains. When we open the sofa to make it a bed there were a lot of food crumbles. The fridge was leaking water and making a lot of noise and there was a light constantly blinking in the kitchen. The apartment is not well isolated so we were hearing everything happening in the corridor and in the apartment next to us.
