The location and the staff were great
The laundry room requires an app that doesn't work with eSim connection and doesn't accept international credit cards.

We used the facilities such as the pool, gym and snack bar and were very good. We weren’t expecting those services so it was a nice surprise. The apartment had a lot of space for three people and all the kitchen equipment necessary. The location was also great near Ipanema and Copacabana.

Nice Steam Room, but Disappointing Management
The microwave plug was incompatible with the outlet, the kitchen lacked basic tools such as a knife and can opener, and the TV had no remote control.
When these issues were reported, management simply stated that these items were not specifically listed and therefore were not guaranteed.
Several amenities were present but not fully functional, and the response from management was disappointing. I would not stay with this company again.
