My stay was very relaxing, and the setting was perfect.

The riverside location was wonderful. My room was clean and attractively furnished. The kitchen was nicer than my own! Area rugs made it home like. The shower stall was new and the water pressure was excellent. I had no problem with the access code. The bed and sofa were comfortable. I didn't hear ANY noise from other guests.

The blinds didn't block out all the light, and I had trouble sleeping. Drapes may have helped. There was plenty of closet space, but still no hangers. (After reading reviews, I brought my own!) Light bulbs were low wattage, and it wasn't easy to work at the desk due to the low lights.

The bed could use an overhaul. Low quality mattress. Would have been a much better experience with a nicer bed. The booking process was awkward. I booked through booking.com. But the reservation was managed by Vacasa Rentals. It was basically impossible to get a clear understanding of what was happening after booking. I called vacasa and they directed me to booking. I called booking and they assured me things were going as planned then the call disconnected and never called back. The initial booking was $142. Vacasa tried to charge me $208. It’s as if there was a lag and some sort of back door price negotiation that resulted in me paying the price on booking.com but it still presented as if I owed $208 to Vacasa. It ultimately worked out, but it was frustrating and took a half hour of trouble shooting for no clear answers.

There was really no one there to ask questions about the area in Townsend, so we went to the welcome center to get info.Also there was a Keurig coffee maker in our unit, so had to go buy the coffee pods. I think these should be supplied. There should be a larger trash can for the kitchen as it would have to be empied every day.

The unit if beautiful & clean. The grounds are well appointed with a pool, seating by the River & a deck with rocking chairs. Some great restaurants nearby with a nice walking path.

The A/C didn’t blow cold. Instructions for the entry lock were incomplete but staff responded quickly & kindly to resolve the issue. This is an upstairs unit with no elevator that I saw so it could present accessibility issues for some. The bed is a bit creaky & you’ll need to bring your own ice.

Good location and being close to the creek was nice.

The bed is a pull down and not comfortable at all. You cannot see the tv from the bed. There really needs to be a bigger trash can for the kitchen. I booked here through booking but it was managed by vacasa. It was hard to know who I needed to talk to. And where to ask questions. We were offered late check out. But none of the links in the email worked. I sent a message and said the link didn't work. I received a message back that said don't worry your rental agreement has been signed. Ok thanks but that isn't what i asked. I finally figured out how to message someone and asked again. I was given a phone number to call and said they would help me process that request. When I got the number to work it said to text, so I text asking about the late check out and was told I would receive an email. Felt very much like a run around. By the time I got an answer I was told it was now too late to request late check out. I wrote back and told them that I had been trying since the day before to request it but it didn't matter. I sent screenshots of the links not working and where I had sent the message but they didn't care. Not a good experience

Was told via email I had a GROUND FLOOR No Pet Room. Wife Has Mobility Issues. Room was 2nd floor, no elevator, had to climb 2 flights of stairs. The NO PET Room had signage on the Fridge Welcoming DOGS. Bed Was a Wall Type Murphy Bed. VERY UNCOMFORTBLE, Like A Sleeper Sofa Mattress.

Close to stream with outdoor seating. Away from the hustle and bustle but writhing driving distance to it.

The bed was a pull down from the wall. Wasn’t comfortable. My husband and I kept rolling into the middle. If it was a regular bed probably would have been better. There were some crumbs on counter and trash under bed you could see when sitting on couch. Other than that everything was great.

Needed more blankets. Only sheets were provided for sleeper couch and no additional blanket was found for it. The mattress pad for it was very thin, stained, and uncomfortable as well but it served its purpose.

We stayed 6 nights & thoroughly enjoyed it, the view of the river & it`s sound are amazing.

This condo was lovely, I was emailed the code for door access over 24 hours before our stay, which was good for my anxiety. We had most things we could want provided by the host, but were missing an iron & ironing board, a pizza cutter & tray. This place has it`s own pool that is shared with other users that was a great asset. The riverbank fire pit & seating area was perfect with stacks of wood provided by the site managers who live next door. They were a lovely friendly family who would do anything to help you if needed.

The window sills had 5 dead flies on it on arrival & nail clippings on the floor. When we left the cleaner was on site for less than an hour which we paid $70 for, not bad work if you can get it. We watched him pack up & leave as we sat by the river. The price almost doubled once we paid for the "add-on`s" which I think is bad. The price should be stated fully at the start really, although we did love the place.

The living room area was very tasteful decorated.

We called this 800# the morning after our first night and told the girl that we were leaving early. Although appeared as it did in the pictures (the inside of the room) there was only a full size MURPHY bed! It was the hardest, most uncomfortable and squeakyest bed we’ve ever attempted to sleep on. After trying to sleep together for about 3 hours, my husband and I agreed there was no way we could both sleep on it together. I ended up moving to lay on the couch. I used a towel as a blanket. Also, the air conditioner kept making a really weird scraping noise! The ad said it had a queen size bed! No way was that bed any bigger than a full size! And between the Murphy bed, the squeaking and hardness of the mattress, we were both miserable and our backs ached! This was supposed to be our 25th wedding anniversary trip! Turned into a bust! Not to mention, the studio is in what looks like an apartment building! Certainly not worth the money! I asked the girl in the call center for a partial refund of the last 2 nights. Of course, she said she could not do that but would escalate the request.

The condo was very nice. The layout was great and the location was good. There was a little confusion at first because I was getting texts which is how I thought I would get my instructions for getting into the condo but then when I called for help they told me to check my email which I did. Love the deck seating and the fire pit area and the pool will be nice when/if it opens up. We would be interested in a longer stay depending on rates….

WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!🙁

1-It did not have Netflix as stated in description. 2-Major plumbing problem...Water continually backed up in kitchen sink. Kitchen faucet loose. Bathroom sink wouldn't drain. Stopper was broken. Both kitchen and bath drains gurgled when used. Plumbing line stopped up? We were afraid to use the shower thinking it might stop up too so we went without a shower.🙁 We used only the kitchen sink to wash up. 3-There was a hamper full of dirty towels and linens in the closet, just thrown in there. 4-Advertised fireplace was non-functioning perhaps due to bad batteries in its remote control. Pilot light on? 5-FYI- The bed is a Murphy bed with a terrible mattress. It had no support, soft to the point that my husband couldn't sleep and had a backache in the morning. He slept on the sofa the second night. 6- It was 30° outside while we were in beautiful Townsend. The heater in this unit only blew cold air and showed 61° on its display. 7-Glasses in kitchen cabinet were sticky dirty. We had to wash them first. 8-No kitchen or dining table. We ate bent over the coffee table. 9-We tried to call Vacasa to get someone to come address at least some of these issues, but were not successful. We do not typically complain in these situations, but didn't want someone else to be faced with problems that could ruin an anticipated restful getaway.
