Lovely stay ,enjoyed it.
Absolutely fantastic location. Sea view was brilliant. Welcoming staff. Clean and comfortable bedroom.
Advertised as king room but room was much smaller than expected. The bathroom was adequate size but really needed to be cleaned properly. Found hairs on the toilet , thick dust on pedal bin +floor ,shower sealant bad and dirty. Metal mesh thing near toilet was all rusty dirty and thick dust inside. I had to clean myself . More care needed by cleaner in the bathroom. Main bedroom was spotless.

Quite Disappointed - we looked forward to visiting Loosie. The snow storms were fun to watch,.
The room was small but the view from the window was exceptional. Restaurant staff were helpful.
Dirty air fan in bathroom. Mild in shower. Poor lighting in stairwells. Steep stairs, one handrail on steep stair. Cold draft under door into room. Curtain sitting on the heater. The hotel closed on January 01 leaving no staff on site. No opportunity to obtain meals.Hotel could advise guests of the circumstances that hotel unattended. It was described as their best room. Well the view was great. Not sure it should be called a Hotel! We were confined to our room nearly all of January 01.

Great stay, beautiful location on the sea front.
I used to live in Lossiemouth for a few years, I was up for one night to see friends and the Firth offered a great rate and location for me to revisit a wonderful place. The staff were friendly and the room clean and functional. If I balanced everything out, cosy, cleanliness and friendliness, it was excellent. I had breakfast plans at the golf club, so not able to comment on quality of food.
Sockets in the room were a little out of reach and the wardrobe covered the heater which was on full blast. I had to leave the window open which is counter intuitive.

Great Hotel, with a lovely personal feel to it. Perfect location 5***** from me !!
The location is perfect, we had a lovely sea view, bed was really comfortable and the room was spotlessly clean. I will definitely stay here again. We stayed for 3 nights and ate in the restaurant for 2 of those and the food was delicious, portions were huge and lovely fresh produce, really have nothing to be negative about. Staff were all really nice, welcoming and friendly .

Amazing location!
Beautiful location! Incredible view from our window. The staff were all very friendly and the bed was comfortable.
The room was much smaller than the pictures let on. The bathroom unfortunately had a smell of urine.

Really great place to stay, food fabulous ,views of the beach are amazing.
Our breakfast was fabulous, so was our dinner in the evening, location was fabulous and the view from our room was right down the beach was amazing.
