Located near Punta d Arasu, 15 mins walk from St Cyprien beach and the blue shed, 4 bedroom villa that can accommodate 8 people, with a southern exposure.
Covering an area of 140 m² with a private shell-shaped swimming pool in a green garden of 1200 m², all with a beautiful view of the Gulf of Saint Cyprien.
Saint Cyprien beach accessible on foot with young children, maintained, supervised and equipped (pontoons and navigation channels).

Living / Dining room (reversible air conditioning): WIFI, flat screen TV 82 cm, TNT, DVD player, Possibility for the tenant to bring his canal + cube, concrete bench seat (4 places), fixed sofa, armchair… bay window giving on the pool side terrace.
American kitchen: American fridge, induction hob (4 burners), oven, microwave, dishwasher… glass door leading to rear terrace.

Erg mooi gelegen villa, veel privacy, royaal van formaat en voorzien van alle gemakken. Het uitzicht op zee vanaf de fijne terrassen is een droom!
Het dichtstbijzijnde strand is een kleine twintig minuten lopen. In de omgeving zijn meerdere mooie stranden, met de auto is het even een bochtig tochtje om de woongemeenschap uit te komen maar parkeren bij de stranden is meestal gemakkelijk en kostenloos.
De woonomgeving kan lawaaierig zijn, in de omliggende villa's worden duidelijk wat feestjes gehouden en in het weekend is er hoorbaar disco in de strandtenten.
We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in Caéda en zijn verliefd geworden op het mooie, ongerepte, relaxte Corsica.

Maison très agréable à vivre , correspondant tout à fait à la description. Piscine très appréciée par toute la famille avec passage régulier du pisciniste.Accueil sympathique avec possibilité de joindre quelqu’un facilement en cas de question. La vue sur la mer est très belle.La possibilité d’aller à pied à la plage de St Cyprien est vraiment un plus ! La région est très belle.Excellente communication avec le propriétaire de la maison. Bref nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 2 semaines et espérons revenir !

La maison est superbe mais nous avons été extrêmement déçus de l'état de la piscine. Nous n'avons pas pu nous baigner une seule fois et avons contacté le propriétaire qui nous a confirmé ne pas avoir de pisciniste.
Nous avons sollicité au retour un dédommagement et nous attendons donc un retour favorable ce qui est loin d'être le cas pour l'instant.
