About this villa rental
With an area of 200m², the villa is characterized by large volumes highlighted by a personalized and neat decoration, quality equipment. The wooden furniture, the contemporary paintings, the handicrafts give a warm tone to the house.
The double exposure opening on the terraces and the garden allows a fluid circulation and ensures a pleasant ventilation.
The living room has a large living room with fireplace, a dining area extended by a bar and an open kitchen, with pantry / laundry room. This level opens to the front on a large terrace overlooking the pool offering a beautiful view of the sea, the small island of Pinarello with its Genoese tower and the Bavella needles mountain range.
The meals facing the sea and the mountains are a real pleasure.
The night part has:
half-upper level: the master bedroom opening onto a large terrace overlooking the pool and facing the sea-mountain panorama; with walk-in shower, double sink, separate toilet,
lower level: two bedrooms overlooking the garden and pool and each with a separate bathroom.
A room with mezzanine offers four beds with shower room and toilet. Ideal space for young people who appreciate the independent side.
All rooms are air conditioned.

A pleasant landscaped garden (1100m2) hosts an infinity pool of 8.5mx 4.5m - secured by alarm with wooden beaches.
In the lower part of the garden, beautiful games of petanque stand under the cork oak.
You can walk to the beach in less than 10 minutes by a path through the pine forest and leads to the beautiful bay of Villata, sandy beach, framed by rocky spiers that join the coastal paths.
From the house, multiple hikes are possible through the pine forest, the scrub and along the rocky coast.
In thirty minutes drive, we reach the heart of the mountain, waterfalls and rivers or the beautiful beaches of the great south of Corsica.

Nous avons passé de superbe vacances dans cette villa où il ne manque rien
Superbe vue sur la montagne et la mer
La villa est très bien équipée ustensiles de cuisines appareils électroménagers top Etc etc
Présence de la climatisation dans toute les pièces de la villa
Espace extérieur superbe piscine impeccable et mobilier extérieur
De plus nous avons eu un accueil très agréable par les propriétaires de la villa
Nous recommandons vivement cette villa et en ce qui nous concerne nous y retournerons prochainement

Notre séjour a été très appréciable dans la villa. Elle est très bien située sur les hauteurs de St Cyprien, à quelques minutes des plages et des commerces. La villa propose tout ce dont nous avions besoin, les chambres sont spacieuses et bien agencées, la piscine est très agréable et tout est bien entretenu, une vrai adresse où nous reviendrons.
