All good but keep in mind additional tax to be paid on arrival.

I loved that the apartment had access to a shared patio and that the property was located in a guarded area. This made us feel safe letting our 20-month-old play outside. The host was very generous and allowed us to use their child's pushbike, which my son absolutely loved — thank you for that! The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Communication with the host was excellent. Although the property is not located in the city center, there is a very good connection to the Old Town — just one bus that gets you there quickly. On the plus side, the area is very quiet and peaceful, which makes it ideal for traveling with small children.

I was surprised to learn that an additional city tax had to be paid upon arrival and in cash, which was a bit inconvenient since there’s no ATM nearby. Also, the shower was a bit leaky, so after each use, the entire bathroom needed to be cleaned. Additionally, the water temperature in the shower was inconsistent, and I even got slightly burned at one point — so be careful with that!

Nice large units near plenty of shopping centres.

Spacious rooms, large balcony. Undercover parking.

Extremely noisy people in unit above ours, they drove us crazy moving table and chairs constantly. Large balcony but no chairs or table. Liquid soap dispensers supplied but not user-friendly and sharp, would be good to have them replaced.

Superb

Location : close to Verona center (by car 15 min) ! Comfortable flats, supermarket at 1 km , parking space ( we've been by car) , good acces to Gardaland ( 20 min driving ) !

on the convenient side, but pretty basic

Easy access to Verona centre, about 15 minutes by car. We got downgraded to the ground floor apartments, which while recently built, lack soundproofing and the first night we were kept away till the wee hours of the morning by the screaming guys next door. Privacy is also hard to get and you have to keep curtains and windows shut most of the time. There was also noise coming from the passing cars at all hours. Staff, especially Ms Malee was polite and professional.

Lack of mosquito nets as there were a lot of them, although we were brought a repellent when we complained. There was no air conditioning remote control and no hangers either, but they were quickly provided when requested.

Our stay was perfect due to the excellent way in which the efficiency of Mali, the coordinator of the apartment, handled everything. She was always there for us and provided everything we required with the utmost efficiency. A happy smiling face is a great welcome. Thank you Mali for everything you did to make our stay enjoyable. We will return.

Exceptional

The host a lady called Malee really cool, available and friendly. The facilities were really good clean and well decorated. The apartment was well acclimatized and well equipped with everything you may need. The apartments have space, the rooms are big also the bathroom. Individual garage with video surveillance. The area was really quiet with some close supermarkets. For me is an excellent option if you travel with your family or alone.

The only point was the distance from the city center. If you are traveling by car it's ok, but if you are traveling without car it's not so close to the center. For me was ok, as I was traveling by car. Apart from that all the rest was perfect.

You need a car.

Otherwise great apartment, really nice, has aircondition. There is a huge grocery store like 10min. Walk away from the apartment. And generally it was clean and nice.

The place is in the middle of nowhere... If you have a car it'll be totally fine, but if you don't, this is not the best. We had to get a bus that only runs once an hour, and stops running after 8pm. If we missed that one, we had to walk for about 25 min. On a dirt path on the side of the road... The WiFi couldn't reach into our room (number 6). And the guy at the reception only spoke Italien, and very very little English. So not too much help there.

Απλός, λιτός και οικονομικός χώρος στα περίχωρα της πόλης.

Δύσκολη η παραλαβή κλειδιών, με χρέωση για Κυριακή και πέραν του ωραρίου τις υπόλοιπες μέρες, με τηλεφωνική ενημέρωση, όχι μόνο με μήνυμα. Σε έξι μέρες δεν αλλάχτηκαν σεντόνια, πετσέτες. Η γκαραζόπορτα ανοίγει μόνο με κλειδί, όχι τηλεχειριστήριο.

Alles war schön und in Ordnung 👍👍

Es war sehr sauber. Die Küche hatte Vollausstattung. Parkgarage. ca. 6 Kilometer mit dem Auto nach Verona und 38 Kilometer zum Gardasee. Richtig gut.

Vacanze sul lago di Garda

L'appartamento molto confortevole e in una posizione molto comoda, silenziosa e strategica. Stanza ampia, bagno ben pulito, cucina fornita di tutto il necessario per cucinare. Noi ci siamo spostati con la macchina e vicino avevamo diversi supermercati, Verona centro era raggiungibile in 10 minuti, mentre posti come Gardaland o Lazise in 30 minuti ci arrivavi facilmente. Per il check-in ci ha accolto la signora Alina è stata professionale, carina ed educata. Sicuramente ritorneremo.

mini appartamento abbastanza ben ristrutturata dotato di tutti i confort compresa aria climatizzata. E' alle porte di Verona con servizi vicino ed attaccato alle concessionarie di auto.

Solo qualche fronzolo da sistemare tipo una presa d'aria da chiudere, un po' di silicone da inserire qua e là, ma comunque l'appartamento é moderno e consegnato pulito.

Die Wohnung liegt etwas außerhalb in einem Apartmentblock im der Nähe eines Gewerbegebiets. Es gibt einen Balkon und eine kostenlose Tiefgarage. Das Bad ist geräumig und hat ein Fenster. In allen Zimmern kann man die Fenster mit Rollläden verdunkeln. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt top.

Die Wohnung ist sehr rudimentär ausgestattet. Man sollte sich Basics wie Küchenhandtuch, Schneidebrett und scharfes Messer mitbringen. Das Schlafsofa für die 3. Person ist tatsächlich eher ungemütlich, da man mit dem Rücken mitten auf der Kante liegt.
