It is an apartment on the ground floor of a two-storey house, completely independent, accurate in every detail, quiet, relaxing, unique for position and comfort.
The exposed beams and antique oak flooring make the atmosphere sober and refined.

The romantic and essential rooms, personally made by the owner in shabby style, will change your stay in an unforgettable holiday: a double bedroom with a large bed, a single bedroom, and a double room with 2 single beds.
The large living room, with its 50 square metres, tv, guarantees the pleasure of living in the house in the evening or daytime.
The integrated kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances (oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, electric juicer, blender, "moka").
In front of the entrance there is a terrace where guests can eat their breakfast, or enjoy a drink.
The bathroom is 12 square metres wide and has a large window. It's one of the most comfortable rooms of the apartment with its suspended sanitary and oversize shower (1.60 m X 1.15 m).The double sinks are based on centuries-old oak, of great value and beauty.
It is also possible to use the laundry room below the apartment.
Private park site inside the property.
Bikes at your disposal.
Only 20 km from Lake Garda and 3 km from the city centre, right next door you can find shops, supermarkets, pubblic transport; a few minuts walk from local banks and Post Office.
The area is served by restaurants and pizzeria.
Linen and towels, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, hair dryer are also included.
Possibility to use Bed & Breakfast service including personalized breakfast and daily cleaning (extra payment service).
Request for a security deposit of € 150.00 to be paid on arrival, cash. The deposit is returned at check-out in the absence of damage to furniture, appliances, furnishings. For this reason we accept bookings for families with children over 13 years and no more than two children per family.
Reservations are accepted for up to 14 days. The maximum number of people is 4 + 1
