Very friendly and helpful owner. Anything we asked for was immediately done. Very flexible. Clean and almost everything we needed was there. The small terrace was heavenly. The house is well equipped with all the requirements needed. Close to the tram line and close supermarket yet the area was calm and quiet.
The stairs were uncomfortable for my mother to climb. The ceiling in the bedroom was too low kept bumping my head. Also there were alot of mosquitoes (nothing to do with the facility just inconvenient). There was no washing machine.

The apartment was very clean, spacious and airy. The bed was very comfortable, as was the sofa bed. The kitchen was well appointed and facilities were good. The location was excellent.
The bedroom ceiling was a bit low, and there was no curtain or wall between the bathroom and the sleeping area, which may be of concern if you need more privacy. The furniture outside did not match the photo in the listing. There was no air conditioning although a single large fan was provided; maybe a second one for downstairs too?
