About this house rental
This completely renovated and top modern holiday home on Norderney is newly available for your holiday. It was individually and very personally renovated with great attention to detail. The decor is very high quality (Interlübke, COR, Grohe etc.) and meets the highest standards.
The apartment has 3 double bedrooms for 6 persons, 2 bathrooms (1x with shower and 1x with shower and bath), an open kitchen, 1 large living / dining area with attached 11 m² large roof terrace. The total area is 119 m². The apartment is very bright and all rooms including the bathrooms have large windows. The windows of the bedrooms are equipped with blackout curtains or blackout pleats. The state-of-the-art kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and offers all the necessary electrical aids, such as 80 cm induction field, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with TK compartment, microwave, coffee machine, Nespresso machine etc.
As a special bonus, you can now conveniently park your car in our free car park in the immediate vicinity (within the restricted traffic zone).
Wifi with 50Mbit, 3 LED TVs and a Sonos music system are available in the house.
In the EC there is a smaller apartment with separate access, which is permanently rented.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, großzügig geschnitten, sehr schöne Einrichtung. Der Ausblick nach hinten ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Nachbarn haben wohl nicht aufgeräumt, was sehr schade ist. Ansonsten, kurzer Weg in die City und zum Strand. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Gute Abwicklung und sauber. Dem Trend folgend viel in weiß und daher für uns etwas leblos wirkend. Küche ist stylisch aber unpraktisch. Für den Norden ungewöhnlich ... es gibt keine Teekanne. Für beide Bäder gibt es nur einen Föhn. Auch in den Schlafzimmern geht Design über Funktionalität. Insgesamt ok, aber vielleicht doch etwas überteuert gegenüber vergleichbaren Wohnungen.
Ruhig und zentral gelegen.
