Experience an unforgettable vacation at Strandquartier Dünenblick, a stylish, newly built vacation rental on Norderney. The property is located on the upper floor of one of the arched-entrance houses in the popular Nordhelm neighborhood and has been available for booking since spring 2025.
A special highlight of this vacation rental is its prime location right at the dunes, offering a direct view of the dunes and a short beach path through the dunes to the sea, located just beyond the garden gate. This unique location creates a wonderful coastal atmosphere—you can hear the sound of the sea and enjoy the fresh North Sea air.
The spacious living room invites you to relax with a cozy sofa nook, a comfortable reading chair, and a smart TV. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped and features a large dining table, providing plenty of space for shared meals.
The Dünenblick beach retreat features two comfortable bedrooms with double box-spring beds and TVs, as well as a large, beautiful bathroom with a walk-in shower. In addition, the high-quality sleeper sofa in the living room provides space for a fifth and sixth person.
A parking space right next to the house is available to ensure a comfortable stay. Your four-legged companions are also welcome—you’re welcome to bring small to medium-sized dogs. Please note that, unfortunately, we cannot rent to club travelers. To ensure a relaxing stay, final cleaning, towels, and bed linens are already included. You’ll find everything you need for a wonderful vacation right nearby: a supermarket, restaurants, and a bike rental shop.
