The panoramic flat is located on the 1st floor of Casa Viola and has a lovely balcony. It is in the immediate vicinity of Locarno and Ascona and offers a beautiful panoramic view of the idyllic palm garden and the valleys of Centovalli, Maggia and across to Monte Ceneri and Monte Verita.

The garage is included and belongs to the flat on the 1st floor. The Magggia river and several dream sandy beaches are just a few minutes' walk away.
