The panoramic flat is located on the 1st floor of Casa Viola and has a lovely balcony. It is in the immediate vicinity of Locarno and Ascona and offers a beautiful panoramic view of the idyllic palm garden and the valleys of Centovalli, Maggia and across to Monte Ceneri and Monte Verita. The flat is equipped to the latest standards, including ceramic hob, dishwasher, white floor tiles and laminate flooring. There is a bathroom with shower and bathtub as well as a separate toilet. The garage is included and belongs to the flat on the 1st floor. The Magggia river and several dream sandy beaches are just a few minutes' walk away. Shops such as the COOP supermarket, bakery, café bar and pharmacy can be reached on foot in 3-5 minutes. The bus station is a 5-minute walk away. The beautiful old town of Losone can be reached in 7 minutes, the three most famous and highly recommended grottos of Losone can be reached on foot through the old town of Losone in 10-15 minutes.
