    Given the price in Istanbul, this is one of the decent options you can find that is close to the center. You can tell that the facility is quite old, small and not well maintained. However, the staffs were extremely friendly and hospitable. That's would be the plus point I give to this place.

    The hotel was a big disappointment, never again. The cleanliness was terrible, I was afraid to shower. The bathroom was dirty and smelly. The rooms smelled of cigarettes, we didn't air out the smell for 4 days and I ordered non-smoking rooms. Rooms 102 and 105 were dirty and smelly, the walls were dirty, the bathroom was falling apart. The breakfast was the weakest it could be. I do not recommend this hotel at all

    If you are looking for step free please be aware there are some steps at the hotel e.g a large step in main reception before you get to the lift. A step up to the bathroom etc. Breakfast is served downstairs and the lift doesn't go there. Staff are nice and there is a handy restaurant for lunch and dinner which is reasonably priced.
