Місце розташування, локація, район. Господар квартири дуже приємний і швидко реагує на потреби своїх гостей
Потребує ремонту! Відпадають дверні ручки, ручки з вікон, приладдя у ванній кімнаті. Двері погано зачиняються і відчиняються. А сходи до квартири-просто пекельні. Ми жили на 3-му поверсі, а сходи вузькі і гвинтові. Пропонована безкоштовна парковка-то зовсім не парковка, а місце на узбіччі вузької вулички

Locația este foarte bună, aproape de obiectivele importante din Istanbul ,maxim 20-30 min de mers pe jos. Apartamentul se afla la etajul 2 ,curatenie,dotat cu cele necesare, patul si coltarul foarte confortabile și odihnitoare. In zona se afla restaurante ,magazine mixte , preturi super ok. Propietarul este foarte amabil,săritor si te ajuta cu tot ce ai nevoie. Vom reveni cu drag !
Mentenanta: 1)Aerul conditionat trebuie curatat ; 2)unul dintre scaune trebui reparat (lipsa a 2 piulite.)
