The staff was really nice, the rooms are small but clean and well decorated. It is very well located with some restaurants arounds, and the breakfast is great as well! Had a lovely time there.

Great location, metro 5 mins walk and 3 stops away from Blue Mosque. What could be improved is the stained carpets, room decor is cracked and outdated. Better breakfast variety and space.

The room we were given (3 bed) largely differed from the photos and was a lot smaller, with no offical window. The carpet was clearly worn and didn’t reflect 4 stars.
The staff were friendly, although we were overwhelmed with the forceful requests at check in to attend one of their cruises, tours etc.
Okay hotel overall.
