About this apartment rental
This light-flooded architect's house was completely renovated in 2016. Whether on foot to Dassower See - directly at the nature reserve or by bike in about 3 km distance on bike paths without traffic to the Baltic Sea beach - here there is pure relaxation!
The over 1400 square meter garden invites young and old. Watch the flocks of birds passing by from the 40 sqm roof terrace with a view of the lake.
From time to time the mouflons - wild sheep pass by and you can even discover Nandus - yes nature and pure relaxation!
Your apartment was completely refurbished in 2016 - all furniture, beds, kitchen, stove, flooring, bathroom, etc. everything is new!
The large kitchen-dining room and living room area with direct terrace access is a highlight - the cozy seating area with fireplace and flat screen increases the feel-good factor. You will find everything you need in the kitchen!
In the spacious bathroom you will find a bathtub and a walk-in shower. and the master bedroom - now with a new Velux window !!!!leads directly to the large roof terrace.
Another sleeping possibility is now new! above the living room - 2 people can comfortably sleep here. Also ideal for children who have their own "realm" there.
Another bedroom is next to the bathroom with a queen size bed for 2 people.
Shops in Dassow about 4km beach 3km Travemünde 8km- everything accessible by bike! the romantic moated castle right next door ...
The most beautiful beach can be found in Barendorf - easily accessible in 10 minutes by car (parking near the beach (€ 4 day from 1430 € 2.50 from 1700 free)
A short trip by ferry from Priwall to Travemünde is a must
Here you can watch everything from the first row in the yacht and fishing port - large ferries from Norway and Sweden cruise ships, the 4 mast Passat and countless dinghies and boats - there are plenty of them and beach chairs invite you to linger on the promenade for a latte.
You definitely have to go to Fischfeinkost Wöbke Kurgartenstr. 94 everything easily accessible on foot - there is still a queue .... and fresh wood oven baguette from the baker .....

Dort ist eine wunderschöne Landschaft. Leider nicht wirklich zugänglich. Der See war quasi nur von weitem zu sehen. Es wäre gut, wenn das im Angebot klar geschrieben würde. Wir kannten diesen Ausschluss nicht. Hier in NRW ist das wohl anders in den NSG.
Hunde: auf der Straße in Johannstorf war es gewöhnlich ruhig, da es dort lediglich 72 Einwohner gibt. Dafür gibt es scheinbar auch halb so viele Hunde dazu, die leider teilweise tags und nachts kläffen. Und ich benutze das Wort "Kläffen", weil es meist andauert und niemand schreitet ein. Wenn ein Wachhund ein-/zweimal anschlägt, wäre das ja in.O. Aber so ist das wirklich störend, da wir nachts davon geweckt wurden.
Das "denkmalgeschützte" Kopfsteinpflaster ist auch nicht wirklich anwohnerfreundlich.

Es war ein erholsamer Urlaub, sehr gute ruhige Lage, schöne Ferienwohnung. Würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Sehr freundlicher und angenehmer Vermieter und eine nette Hausverwalterin. Die Wohnung mit großem Balkon bietet einen tollen Ausblick auf den Dassower See. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, so dass das Kochen Spaß machte. Fahrradtouren in die Umgebung gut möglich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
