The apartment is located on a fenced flower finca of approx. 4,500 square meters. On the well-kept finca there is a small lake with fish and water lilies directly in front of the terrace of the apartment. Bananas, mangoes and almonds grow on the finca, you will also find palm trees, the beautiful strelitzias, a large drago (dragon tree) and many other plants. The finca also has several waterfalls that are integrated into the beautiful garden landscape. There is also a heated natural stone pool, a barbecue area under trees, a fitness room. You have a free parking space on the finca site. The cozy living / dining room has 2 very comfortable leather sofas, a dining table for 4 people, a particularly large TV on which you can receive all your favorite German-language channels via satellite. The living / dining room has large panoramic glass doors that you can slide away and thus sit like outdoors. The kitchen is well and functionally furnished. There you have a view of the sea while cooking !! The living and dining area as well as the terrace and the bedroom have light dimmers so that you can create your own pleasant light ambience. The bedroom has comfortable beds, a large wardrobe and a built-in wall safe. The spacious bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet and bidet. Also a cabinet for your bathroom utensils. A hair dryer is of course available. The second bedroom is located in its own sleeping studio (house) with a size of 21 square meters, which is located a few meters away on the same finca. The actual apartment Atico Marazul is about 76 square meters, and the second bedroom with private bathroom is about 21 square meters. This is a great advantage, since when renting three or four people, both parties have their own separate bedroom and bathroom area. This is very popular when, for example, parents come with adolescents or adult children, or two couples who go on vacation together, or two people who do not want to sleep in the same bedroom. The Finca Tenerife-Romantica is offered as an oasis of calm. Loud celebrations are therefore expressly prohibited. There is no gas on the entire finca, although it is much cheaper. But all cookers, ovens and hot water boilers are operated electrically. Because your safety is our top priority!
