Nejlepší věc na tomto ubytování je krásný výhled z obří terasy do krajiny plné místních barevných domků a na nádherný západ slunce. Pokud budete mít štěstí na počasí, uvidíte i Teide. V okolí ubytování bylo hned několik možností parkování, takže zaparkovat nebyl problém. Dostačující vybavení kuchyně, včetně grilu na terase.
Vybavení bylo starší a ne úplně čisté. Vedení elektřiny bylo pochybné, některé zásuvky jsme radši ani nepoužívali, jeden vypínač světla jsme museli opravit. Voda ve sprchách nešla nastavit na příjemnou teplotu - tekla buď horká, nebo studená, a velmi malým proudem. Dřez v kuchyni neodtékal. Pračka nedokázala pořádně vyprat. Zámek do bytu byl lehce poškozený.
