L’emplacement est super, l’appartement est très agréable, spacieux, bien équipé. Les terrasses pour profiter de l’extérieur.

Nous avons eu des petites difficultés à l’arrivée pour entrer dans notre logement et le fait que tout se fasse à distance ne facilite pas la communication.

Really good location with an amazing 320 degree view from the upper terrace. The apartment is situated under the roof, so you have to watch your step a bit, with the sloped walls and changes in the floor levels -- I tripped over the steps several times initially, but it's all part of the charm. Other reviews have mentioned frustrations with the deposit procedure and lack of duvet covers, these issues seems to have been fixed as of January 2026, the deposit was handled smoothly with a "hold" of 100€ on my credit card, released after I left, and the robust duvet in a cover was perfect for this rather cold January.

There still seemed to be problems with getting the correct door code initially, but the accompanying videos of how to enter the code were helpful, and the host was quick to send me the correct code when contacted. The wi-fi is not very good; when streaming a show there are a lot of hang-ups. This also affects the free wi-fi channels on the tv.

Asukoht oli suurepärane. Ülemiselt terrassilt super vaade. Kõik igapäevaseks eluks vajalik olemas nõud, nõudepesumasin, pesumasin jne.

The big terrace is really great. The apartment is really nice and has well equipped kitchen. The location is also very good and near Loro Parque. You have a market, beach and a restaurants nearby.

It could be cleaner and it would be nicer if you had bigger windows in sleeping room. Also you need to give 100eur for the deposit.
