Wunderbare Immobilie mit grosszüger Aufteilung und riesiger Terasse
Da das Objekt sehr hoch liegt sollte man ein guter Autofahrer sein.

Sehr geräumig, gute Ausstattung, große Terrasse mit tollem Ausblick.
Da sich das Haus auf 450 mtr. Höhe befindet ist es merklich kühler als an der Küste - im Sommer bestimmt angenehm - im Winter gibt es keinerlei Möglichkeit zumindest die Bäder zu heizen. Besonders in der unteren Etage ist es deshalb feucht (Luftentfeuchter vorhanden) und im Wohnbereich sehr kalt. Die Heißwasserversorgung schwankt stark. Im vorderen Bereich der Terrasse sind die Fliesen kaputt. Entgegen der Auflistung waren keine deutschen TV Sender zu empfangen.
