Communication with the agency was excellent – they always responded very quickly whenever we contacted them. The apartment exceeded our expectations: it was very clean, very spacious, and comfortable. The view towards Teide was absolutely beautiful and one of the highlights of our stay. It was also very convenient that parking was always easy to find right in front of the building

The only small inconvenience was that the hot water boiler was quite small for an apartment of this size, so it was a bit difficult for everyone to take a shower one after another.

Appartamento molto carino e spazioso con tre camere e due bagni e tutti gli elettrodomestici in posizione molto comoda. Parcheggio agevole e vista sul Teide.

Mancavano cose base e alcune accortezze come strofinacci, ganci per appendere gli asciugamani e sapone. Organizzazione poco sul pezzo, anche se gentile e disponibile: abbiamo dovuto sollecitare l'invio delle indicazioni per il check in e la restituzione del deposito, e insistere perché ci portassero degli asciugamani puliti e asciutti il primo giorno, anziché lasciarcene di bagnati perché appena lavati da loro per un disguido. Tutto comunque risolto regolarmente. Il boiler non produce acqua calda per più di due docce e in una casa dove si sta potenzialmente anche in 5 può essere un problema. Nel complesso comunque una buona soluzione di soggiorno.
