First I premise my comments with the fact that the accommodation cost $90 CAD a night. This is a good price. I liked the landscaped gardens, the large clean pool, the security gates, the elevator, the sunny terrace with views, ample hot water, appliances that worked, and a comfortable bed.
You can’t expect luxury for $90 CAD a night but some things should be addressed. The furnishings need an update, the kitchen utensils can be improved, the kitchen light is not bright enough, and the TV selections should be improved, currently only Spanish stations.

Ideal ubicaciíón, cerca de la autovía, fácil y rápido de llegar, supermercados cerca, perfecto como cuartel general para conocer la isla. Aparcamiento fácil.

El equipamiento del apartamento es muy completo, con los utensilios en la cocina adecuados para una estancia muy cómoda.
El apartamento no tiene aire acondicionado por lo que en momentos de mucho calor puede resultar incómodo.

Santa Ursula is a good starting point to explore the northern part of the island. The apartment was big enough with a balcony.
The apartment looks like someone lives there and had just moved out. The apartment does not acommodate 4 adults; the second bedroom is for children only (2 small beds). The free parking infront of the building is on a first come first serve basis.
