About this house rental
In a bay, just a few minutes walk from the most beautiful sandy beach lies this stone house. Simply furnished vacation house on Korcula is ideally located in a pine grove and consists of 4 separate apartments (external stairs). The interiors have been partially renovated and are furnished differently. Two units have a large living room with kitchen and access to large terraces overlooking the sea and pine trees. One terrace has a pool. The cottage is located in well-kept surroundings. In the backyard with garden you can use an outdoor barbecue. A few meters from the cottage is a concrete plateau. Only three minutes walk away is the beautiful and popular sandy beach with restaurant and a cafe waiting for your visit.

Prior to our arrival, I was very anxious about this property: I had 14 of my dearest friends coming, and the listing for the place seemed too good to be true. I was convinced that SOMETHING had to be wrong! So imagine my relief when we toured the house with the very friendly owner, and I saw that all was as had been described. Perfect! The location near the beach and a short drive from Korcula Old Town is perfect, the beds are comfortable, the pool is clean and welcoming, and there are wineries within walking distance. The complex can actually be subdivided into a few distinct living areas, so it is perfect for an extended family or close friends who want to stay together but still value their alone time. The host is a kind and welcoming lady. Highly recommended!

We were in the villa with a group of 17 people. The owner was very nice and reliable. The house is really beautiful and the location is great. There is a sandy beach 2 minutes from the house. The cliff by the house is not ideal for swimming because there is no jetty. We were there in October, but the pool was still open. The kitchen is well equipped. WiFi is available, even if not very fast. We really enjoyed our vacation, thank you :)

Very nice location, we were in a group of 17 people for 1 week in the house. The pool was open, although it was initially said to be closed. The house owner was very nice and reliable. Gladly Again!😁
