A perfectly equipped, newly decorated studio with everything you need for a comfortable and peaceful stay.

Our stay was absolutely perfect with no flaws at all. Even though the apartment was a studio, it had everything we could possibly need for a longer stay — from a washing machine with detergent to a coffee maker, salt, oil, and other essentials. It truly felt like a place where you could live comfortably for an extended period. The location was unbeatable — the sea was just a couple of meters away, with a beautiful beach featuring newly decorated areas and smooth pebbles in the water. Everything was close by, from shops to other amenities, yet the surroundings were peaceful and quiet, allowing us to fully relax. The apartment was modern, spotless, and thoughtfully equipped, making it an ideal choice for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a perfect seaside escape.

The comfort of this apartment exceeded my expectations, it was cozier than my own home.

Apartments Ema offer beautiful, comfortable rooms in a pleasant and quiet location. They are equipped with what is essential in a large family house: cutlery, dishwasher, washing machine, TV, iron and much more. It's a good place to rest during the season and shelter from the hustle and bustle of tourists and at the same time a perfect base for exploring the beautiful tourist attractions offered by hospitable Croatia. I definitely need to go back there again, this time for a longer time. The owners of the place are extremely kind, caring and friendly.

Very good

The apartment is beautiful. Spacious, very well equipped, clean and very pretty. There is a private closed garage for the car. The owner welcomed us with fruits and wine and gave directions where the best beaches, restaurants and places to see were. Very helpful and hospitable people. Thank you:)

You need to travel to any beach by car. Also to eat something. But the apartment itself is beautiful and the owners are incredibly helpful and friendly, ready to respond very quickly to any request.

Highly recommended!

At first we were anxious to be the first guests but absolutely loved this upscale apartment. The super helpful owner was waiting for us and gave us the tour of the property. The location was right at the canter of the quiet bay. The views of the local hills and the sea were spectacular. We enjoyed the morning coffee in the loggia outside of our room. Everything was modern, organized and in working order. The beds were so comfortable with brand new mattresses. As it was already hot in Croatia, the air conditioning and the large balcony doors were super helpful. On the way in we came from Medjugorje and after the stay we continued on the road to Dubrovnik. Rogotin is really well situated for both trips.

Det var ett ganska trevligt boende. Ägaren var hjälpsam och snäll. Vi hade ett problem med diskmaskinen men det åtgärdades ganska fort. Vi fick två extra nätter gratis så det var super snällt. Perfekt boende speciellt om man har små barn och vill ha det lungt.

Im Dorf ist nichts los und gegenüber des Orts auf der anderen Seite des Meeres ist eine viel befahrene Straße. Aber es ist trotzdem super ruhig.

Lage war optimal, außergewöhnlich schön und ruhig und absolut auf unsere Bedürfnisse abgestimmt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sauber, alle Notwendigkeiten da, Freundlichkeit, perfekt! Danke!

Szuper hely

A szálláshely (Fancy apartman) jól felszerelt: teljesen felszerelt konyha, sütő, hűtő+fagyasztó, mosogatógép, vízforraló, kávéfőző, mosógép, három helyiségben klíma, kettőben nagyképernyős TV, garázs, villanyautó töltési lehetőséggel. Tengerre nyíló kilátással, a víz konkrétan az utca túl oldalán van. Nem egy klasszikus strandolós hely és nem annyira kisgyermekbarát, de csobbani tökéletes. A környéken rengeteg lehetőség van ~egy-két órás távolságban. Északra kavicsos strandok (20perc), délre homokos strand (15perc), városnézés (Dubrovnik, Mostar), vízesés, kajak-kenu, stb. Lidl és benzinkút 10 percre.

Nem a szálláshely hibája, de rengeteg volt a szúnyog este, mivel itt ömlik a Neretva a tengerbe. Rogotin utcái szűkösek, személyautóval lehet közlekedni, de lakóautóval már nehézkesebb lehet.
