Not even the bare minimum

There were 3 kittens visiting the apartment from outside.

After traveling extensively and staying in countless places, I've learned not to have high expectations, but this accommodation was a complete letdown and didn't even meet the bare minimum. The main selling point was a private dock with sun loungers, but it turned out to be the worst part of the stay. As soon as we sat down on the loungers, the owners settled just a meter away. They immediately started listening to loud music from their phone and scrolling through social media with the volume on max. Talking loudly between them, as like no one else is there. I just couldn't believe it. It seemed that we were a nuance to them. We got up, walked to find some peace and quiet at a nearby beach, only to find all other Casa Topic guests are there as well, having the same experience! Not one guest was using the lounges in front of the apartments. I felt sorry for families with small children who travelled from other side of the world to be here. The apartment itself is very run down. There are old, rusty items scattered everywhere, old bags, wood, appliances, sharf knife on a parking lot handrail, a shoe bottom sticker stuck to the nightstand, and the toilet door have a red marker sign (saying "close it"), don't close properly and look, well... see it for yourself. The only mirror is half the size of an A4 paper stuck behind the lavatory, and the kitchen cabinet doors won't shut. The Wi-Fi router is fighting for its life (see photo) by the only tiny passage to the toilet and there's no room inside to sit, which is why the table is placed outside in the heat. There are no shutters or blackout curtains or anything, sun is blasting in your face from an early morning as the window is facing the bed. Refrigerator is so loud you cannot sleep so you have to turn it off. The photos are deceiving; this place is nowhere near the peaceful retreat it looks like. Don't be fooled.

Location was ok & parking convenient

Noisy fridge. Poor check in instructions/ rather none. Courtesy message sent however centred around hiring products & other up sells, no specific check in instructions given. Host appears to sunbathe in locations meant for clients Large area cordoned off as private, which differs from photos, which I can only assume are several years old Noise from apartment above until late. Too much furniture inside dwelling, cluttered. Generally unloved, living on past glories .

The owners of the apartments are a very nice, friendly, and pleasant family. They were always ready to answer our questions and help when needed. The place itself and the accommodation are what we wanted: comfortable, with a stunning view at any time of the day, with the opportunity to swim both near the shore and go to the nearest islands by sup, kayak, or rented boat.

Un petit nid au paradis

Tout...la gentillesse le sourire de notre hôte. Le lieu endroit calme et bord de l' eau. Et l'appartement est juste parfait un vrai petit nid avec beaucoup de bons goûts et un charme fou....la petite terrasse aussi avec couché de soleil en prime. Mon seul regret c'est de n' être resté qu'une nuit
