Loved the location and the view. The facilities were very clean.
The booking agency contacted me repeatedly leading up to and including the time we were there. Often it was the same information over and over again. It became quite irritating. Could have been a bit more generous with toilet paper and cleaning products. DSTV also didn’t work- we reported it- but he struggled to source the problem. We ended up sorting it out ourselves.

Excellent location and very good communication from Ballito Accommodation.
The unit could do with some practical small enhancements. Not a lot of plugs or adapters, no coffee table etc.

Didn't have breakfast?
No bedside lamp in main bedroom.
Fan in lounge was not working.
Fan in mainbedroom also very slow.
