About this house rental
CURRENT: After we suspended the rental for some time because of a year abroad, the house can be booked again freely from August 2018. We look forward to our next guests.
NOTE: The house is ideal for families or Groups of 4 to a maximum of 6 adults plus children. We occasionally receive requests from groups of 8 or more adults. In our view, the house is too small for that. As a rule, we reject such booking requests. We ask for your understanding.
The house stands on the foundations of an old small stable and was completely rebuilt in 2013/2014 and equipped with lots of love and high-quality furnishings.
- 5 rooms (ground floor: bedroom, eat-in kitchen, living room, bathroom / first floor: bedroom, bedroom / children's room, toilet)
- Completely rebuilt in 2014, incorporating the outer walls of an old stable
- Located in the back yard to the garden
- Own terrace to the garden
- approx. 1500 sqm of land with playground and garden pond (secured for small children)
- For children: trampoline, children's house, swing, slide, sandpit
- In the original village center
- about 4 km to the beach
- 150m to Mini-EDEKA and bakery (bread rolls 7 days a week)

Das Haus war sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet für Familien. Es liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend in einem kleinen Örtchen. Im riesigen Garten können die Kinder super spielen. Vor allem das Trampolin und die Schaukel waren sehr beliebt.
Bei Kleinkindern ist dennoch eine Aufsicht im Garten notwendig da der Teich für Kleinkinder nur unzureichend gesichert ist.
Im Ort selber gibt es außer einem kleinen Laden für die morgendlichen Brötchen keine Attraktionen.
Aber man kann innerhalb von 30 Autominuten eine Menge familienfreundlicher Orte (Zoo, Eselfarm, Kinderspielhalle!!!) erreichen.
Am Strand von Großenbrohe ist auch ein riesiger Kinderspielplatz. Daher waren wir häufiger da als am näher gelegenen Strand von Heiligenhafen

Im Großen und Ganzen ist es ein tolles Haus in einer ruhigen Umgebung
Das Kinderspielzeug ist in die Jahre gekommen. Wir würden es entweder nicht mehr erwähnen oder erneuern. Das Trampolin war bei unserem Sohn das Highlight.
Schade fanden wir auch, dass man die Räume nicht richtig abdunkeln konnte. Da wären Verdunklungsvorhänge sehr von Vorteil, gerade im Sommer hält es auch die Wärme draußen.
Ausstattung zb. in der Küche war super, auch Reinigungsmittel für das säubern zwischendurch waren genügend vorhanden.
Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und haben uns aus Kulanz 2 Bettlaken zur Verfügungen gestellt. Sind von 2x 90x200 ausgegangen aber man konnte ein großes verwenden aufgrund eines Matratzenschoner.
Die Terrasse ist schön groß aber könnte mal wieder von Unkraut befreit werden.
Das sind lediglich Tips und wir würden wiederkommen.

Das kleine Häuschen ist liebevoll eingerichtet und für eine Familie perfekt, für zwei Familien ganz OK geeignet. Wir waren 2 Familien mit je einem Kleinkind dort. Das große Schlafzimmer ist top vom Platzangebot, das kleine ist wirklich sehr klein. Der Garten ist für Kinder ein Traum. Viel Platz, tolles Spielangebot (Rutsche, Schaukeln, Trampolin, Spielhaus, Sandkasten und viiiieeeel Rasenfläche). Der Kontakt zu den Gastgebern war super, immer hilfreiche und sehr schnelle Rückmeldungen. Abzug gab es für die Sauberkeit, die für unseren Standard nicht ausreichte.
