A wonderful vacation on the Baltic Sea in a truly first-class location: The modern “Haus Seeliebe” vacation home, furnished with great attention to detail, welcomes you right by the coast in the quiet, family-friendly Seepark Süssau. You’re just about 100 meters away from the expansive, resort-tax-free natural beach and the sparkling sea. With a generous 90 m² of living space spread over two levels, this vacation home offers the perfect retreat for up to eight people.
Garden & Outdoor Area: On the 330 m² property, you’ll find a partially covered terrace, a balcony, lounge chairs, and a private beach chair for your first cup of coffee in the morning.
Wellness Any Time of Year: The house features an exclusive sauna and a wood-burning stove in the living room, ideal for cozy evenings after a walk on the beach.
Living & Sleeping: Three separate bedrooms are equipped with blackout pleated blinds. In addition, a comfortable sofa bed (approx. 150x200 cm) with a built-in slatted frame in the living room offers another cozy sleeping option.
Two full bathrooms with showers, as well as a separate guest restroom on the first floor, ensure a stress-free experience.
Kitchen & Appliances: The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, egg cooker, and refrigerator with a freezer compartment. You’ll also have access to free Wi-Fi, three TVs, a Blu-ray/DVD player, a washer with dryer function, and a high chair.
Parking & Utilities: Two private parking spaces are located right next to the house. A special perk: All energy and water costs are already included in the rental price!
