Surrounded by approx. 1000 m² of lawn and natural grounds, this accommodation offers the perfect retreat for those seeking relaxation and nature lovers. A fascinating hiking trail starts directly behind the house, inviting you to explore the idyllic landscape of Wacken - ideal for walkers and hiking enthusiasts.
Inside the holiday home, you can expect not only comfort and cosiness, but also ultra-modern furnishings. The stylish fitted kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, four-drawer freezer, coffee machine, capsule machine, toaster, egg cooker, blender and kettle. Relaxation on rainy days is provided by the in-house sauna together with a warm outdoor shower. The barrier-free ground floor also offers easy access for wheelchair users. Comfortable sleeping arrangements can be found in three bedrooms spread over two levels, including a TV in each room and therefore space for up to 6 guests.
Outside, the spacious terrace with modern garden furniture and awning invites you to linger and enjoy nature. The garden surrounding the house is a wonderful playground for children, although direct supervision is required for non-swimmers. In addition, a ladies' and a men's bicycle are available free of charge for exploring the surrounding area. There is a large riding centre with a thatched roof in the immediate vicinity. Unfortunately, horse riding is not possible there.
The surrounding area leaves nothing to be desired. Just 4 kilometres from the Kiel Canal, you can go for a walk and watch ships. The world-famous heavy metal festival makes Wacken famous beyond its borders and ensures a lively flair in the region. Shops and banks for everyday needs are also available on site, making this holiday destination well-serviced.

Wer sich erholen möchte und etwas Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig. Das Ferienhaus ist toll und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt.

Lage, Größe, Umgebung u. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind einfach genial.
Einziger Störfaktor am Haus ist der enorm knarrende Fußboden i.d. gesamten ersten Etage. Bei größerer Gruppe sollte ein großer Topf mitgebracht werden,- gibt es im Haus nicht.

Ein wunderschönes großzügiges Ferienhaus, in dem man sich wie zu Hause fühlt. Die Küche ist perfekt für alle Vorhaben ausgerüstet. Ein wunderbar großer Esstisch, ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer, 3 Schlafzimmer, ein großes Bad mit seperater Toilette und oben noch ein Duschbad mit WC. Dieses Haus strahlt Wärme aus.
